Blacklake Systems Ltd presently supplies around 50% of extrusion glasses throughout the world. It is hoped eventually to get back to the CJ Baines & Co. days and supply the majority. Therefore we are actively seeking business in more than five different countries in addition to the eight countries we already supply. Blacklake Systems Ltd are well equipped with both the knowledge of lubricants and also the production facilities in the United Kingdom to supply customers near and far.
Single supplier status has been achieved at Special Metals in the UK, Mannesman/DMV in Germany and Siderval in Italy. Blacklake Systems Ltd provide several other special glasses which are supplied to other steel extrusion companies around the world, these are off the shelf. Should a specific glass be required which we do not presently manufacture this can be matched and samples put forward for extrusion trial from as little as 2 kilos.
