Dry ball milling is a size reduction technique that uses media in a rotating cylinder to reduce materials to a fine powder. We have been milling various products for many years and have built a reputation for contamination-free size reduction.
We also pride ourselves in listening to the customer and adapting our techniques to suit their particular needs. We have been so successful in this approach, that some of our customers have been with us for over 30 years and we have grown together.
With a wealth of experience from many years in the industry and the use of good quality alumina media along with alumina lined ball mills, we are able to offer consistent, contamination-free size reduction.
Materials milled over the years include glass frits, recycled glass, bone ash, Gypsum plaster, magnesium oxide, sand and various nitrates and oxides.
We have also been active in the recycling of materials that would have been referred to as waste. These materials are re-introduced to production plants and actually assist in the manufacture of the original product. Products such as ceramic fillers, alumina, saggers and ceramic thermocouples have been reworked. The possibilities are endless.
